Once, Swami Vivekananda was walking through a narrow path when a group of aggressive monkeys blocked his way. Frightened, he began to run, but the monkeys chased after him. An old monk standing nearby advised him, “Face them!” Taking the advice, Vivekananda stopped, turned around boldly, and stared at the monkeys. Instantly, the monkeys retreated and left him alone.
“If ever you are afraid of anything, do not run away. Face it.” – Swami Vivekananda
